Flat Roof Conversion

We are currently undertaking our biggest project yet. We were contracted to replace the flat roof with a pitched roof. We landed on a cottage style hip roof, We also added double girder trusses and LSL facia eliminating the need for gables which we are not fans of. as well as the external support for the front overhang. Allowing for the most useability in that area, should the home owner want to add a railing or deck in the future.

Basement Drywall Rehang

We were tasked with completing a basement suite. This involved removing a substantial portion of the existing drywall as seen in the before photos to add blocking between the joists. doing this allowed us to re-use 75% of the drywall that needed to come down. We also installed a vapor barrier and a wall beside the stair case wit a 2x8 plank on top to cover the difference. creating the nice shelf going around the top of the stair case. We also primed the walls for paint. - contract completed
