Exterior Services
We undertake a wide range of Contracts, each with its unique requirements. That's why we ensure to discuss every detail with you at the start. This way, you can track the project's progress, know what to expect next, and know the estimated project cost. If the cost of materials or labour exceeds $2500, we will request a deposit of 50% upfront. An additional 25% will be required when we near the final stages of the project. The final 25% will be collected when the contract is complete.

Lawn trimming
Prices start at $100 monthly, price may increase depending on the size of the property. This includes two cuts (every two weeks) and any garbage/debris cleaned off the lawn and disposed of.
Shed / Dilapitated structure removal
Shed Removal - Prices Start At $200 per shed. Price may increase on shed size.
Dilapidated structure removal - Prices start at $15,000. Price may increase depending on the size and location of the project.

15x20 - Prices Start At $2,990
20x20 package Starting at $3,500
